I never thought I could love a pharmacy as much as I love this one! Kristen is so unbelievably kind and always happy to give helpful information! Everyone is so friendly and geninuely care about your wellbeing. I'll never go back to a major chain pharmacy after experiencing how much cheaper and friendly a pharmacy truly could be. Plus they always have the cutest little items for sale made by members of the community! Can't say enough good things about A to Z Pharmacy!
I can't say enough great things about A to Z Pharmacy. The staff is always kind and welcoming, and I love supporting a woman-owned business. Kristen and the rest of the staff always greet me by name and Kristen has even caught mistakes about my prescriptions from my own doctor's office, called me personally to confirm whether or not it was correct, and then went above and beyond by reaching out to the doctor herself to make sure it was corrected. This level of service and attentiveness is what sets A to Z Pharmacy apart from other pharmacies. Even though they are incredibly busy, I have never felt rushed. The staff's dedication to their work and their customers is evident every time I go in. The ability to randomly drop in for a vaccine, if needed, adds an extra layer of convenience and confidence. Thank you, A to Z Pharmacy team, for all that you do. You have proven that exceptional customer service is still alive and well in today's world.
I can’t say enough good things about Kristin, the owner, and Alex! 🥳 She has everything you need and things you never even thought of: like supplements that fight ear ringing 💪, cough syrup for Diabetics, birth control guidance- wait seven days before sex with the implant Nexplanon! 🥳 she also has GoodSense, recommended for gas 👍 and white rain! ☔️ and the prices are so fair and affordable! She also makes the prettiest earrings 🥹 and has local art for sale 🖼️
Ms. Kristen and all her staff at A to Z Pharmacy are friendly, helpful, and have always been professional. They are prompt on refills and also good with advice on medications, vaccinations, and supplements. I love going in and supporting a local business.
Excellent local pharmacy. I was tired of using a big chain grocery store pharmacy and kept having so many problems — I’m very happy I switched to A to Z. Pharmacists and techs here are always pleasant to talk to, put in every effort into saving you money where possible, and get your prescriptions filled quickly. They’re very efficient and always fully on top of everything. Pharmacists are also incredibly knowledgeable and I know I can receive a thorough answer whenever I have a question or concern about a medication or supplement. My only small complaint is that they are (rarely!) closed or on shortened hours outside of their regular schedule, which is completely understandable for a smaller local business. I do wish that they would add this information to their website when a sporadic hours adjustment happens. I drove over today, Saturday, January 18th, 2025 when they would normally be open, and found a sign saying they were closed. Again, I’m not upset about this, I just wish they would update their website consistently so I could check before I drive over. All that said, I’ll continue to use this pharmacy for as long as they’re open!
