***Edit*** I want to withdraw my last review** The situation was 100% made right by all involved in the incident . I did receive a very sincere and heartfelt apology today from said person. That says a lot about this business and any business that practices customer service such as this. I will happily continue my business with Angier Family Pharmacy and look for many more years to come! Thank you! I have been going here since the doors opened only because my doctor asked me to support them. They were great, service was amazing! Years have gone by and now it is entirely different. When you are in the service business it helps to have friendly people on the front line representing your business. Kindness goes a long ways and learning how to talk to people and explain situations to your customers instead of being rude will take you a long ways.
Very friendly and helped my wife tremendously when she was sick and are great neighbors as well, and now looking after me.
I was getting my prescriptions filled there for a long time until recently. I would call to see if my prescriptions were ready and was told yes. Drove up there to find out they had not even started to fill them. Then here recently when I went to pick up my prescriptions after again being told they were ready and they were not THEN going out my prescriptions were given to someone else. The lady that was waiting on people even told my daughter that was happening a lot. I think the owner should be told what is going on. I tried to and I talked to Myra up there and she was Very rude to me. I told her she was not telling me the truth then she said she didn't like being called a lier and she told thought we should part ways and go to another Pharmacy. She thought she had hung the phone up but she hadn't. I heard here calling me a lier and something was wrong with me. The people were laughing. People you should be very careful when you get your prescriptions. Read the Reviews.
I normally do not write reviews, but I feel this one is needed. I had the misfortune of selecting Angier Family Pharmacy to fulfill my Health needs. I actually contacted the owner before they were opened. I was dealing with a large Corp pharmacy and was unhappy with them, so I had great hopes for the new pharmacy being a small business. WAS I EVER WRONG? I have had many issues with this pharmacy, among which a few would include getting the wrong prescription, getting charges that were questionable. This week they told me that could not get my insulin. They then told me I could go to another pharmacy and get the insulin; I thought if I needed to go to another pharmacy to get the insulin. I would be better off just changing to another pharmacy. I called a pharmacy in Fuquay to ask them if they had any problems getting insulin and was told they had NO problem getting any type of insulin. I asked them to get my prescriptions from Angier Pharmacy and get my Insulin ASAP. They said no problem. I called the 2nd pharmacy this morning to see when I could pick up my insulin and was told Angier had not responded to their request. This is now day 2 without an insulin refill. I had to call Angier to ask them to get my info to the Fuquay pharmacy ASAP. I was NOT nice about it. They could not understand why I was upset. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Customer service is nonexistence.
Chose this place because is much closer yet I could drive double the distance and get home faster than they would help me. Not to mention you have to double check everything they do as every single time you show up they don’t give you something as well as question you about it too. 2/5 would not recommend. Many better places.
