Going to Beddingfield Drugs has been nothing short of life changing. They are professional, friendly and always ready to go the extra mile to get us our prescriptions. We had a trip scheduled and realized that we would be out of meds in the middle of the trip. They worked with the doctor and insurance to get them filled out of cycle. It's wonderful knowing that and not having to deal with the big chains. Plus, free delivery of prescriptions! Wow!!!
Beddingfield always goes above and beyond to get our prescriptions filled. They are also extremely fast in doing so. If there is any issue with the doctor or pharmacy, they will take care of it promptly
After repeated issues with a large chain pharmacy, I found Beddingfield Drugs. I implore you to transfer all of your prescriptions as well as your family's to Beddingfield. Every visit is pleasant and welcoming, and I always feel like I'm their most important customer. All of my questions are articulated and explained in detail, no matter how miniscule. No matter if you are starting a new medication, wanting to find a rare vitamin, or having to obtain Minion band-aids for a 3 year old little boy, they will make it happen. If you're looking for true southern hospitality and excellent customer service, look no further than Beddingfield. My family finally has a pharmacy that we can trust. After having to change pharmacies due to a major complication with my previous pharmacy, I had to get all my meds changed over to beddingfield. And I am so glad I did! I'm getting established medically locally, and with that comes changes of meds and dosages; beddingfield went above and beyond for me this week. They had recently delivered my med packs but then I was added three meds and taken off one, and instead of telling me to wait a month to resynchronizing my meds, they had me bring my meds back in and they repackaged them for me. Thank you!! The compliance packaging is why I switched, the customer service is why I will stay!
"Repeated Errors and Poor Customer Service in Pharmacy Prescription Management" This is the second time they've made a mistake with the compound medicine. The first time, they changed the flavor without our consent. When I asked them to change it back, they said I would have to pay extra. They didn't even apologize for their mistake. Now, they've messed up the ingredients. I went to pick up the medicine nearly 48 hours after receiving a message that it was ready, but they told me it wasn't ready because one ingredient hadn't been mixed. I asked them to prepare it and deliver it to my house, but they said I would have to pick it up myself the next day or wait four days for delivery. The staff also lied, claiming they had texted me about the issue, which they never did. This is incredibly frustrating, as I wouldn't have driven 30 minutes through traffic for nothing if they had informed me. They didn't even apologize for their mistake.
