Echoing what another reviewer shared. I switched from a major pharmacy retailer to this one back in 2024. At first, the experience was great—friendly staff, on-time deliveries, no issues. However, over the past few months, I’ve noticed the staff answering the phones have been short and sometimes rude. I’ve also had multiple problems with same-day delivery, often having to call several days in a row before finally just picking up my prescription myself. At first, I gave them grace, thinking it was just a rough month, but these issues keep recurring, and I’m starting to lose trust in this pharmacy. If things don’t improve soon, I’ll likely switch elsewhere.

Walgreens may be expensive but they are not lacking the ability to be able to offer seamless and efficient customer care.

This pharmacy is always clean, organized, and efficient. The staff is super friendly and takes time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I always feel taken care of here — highly recommend!

This pharmacy used to be AMAZING. But not so much any more. Staff has now became very short and honestly, rude lately. Lots of mistakes, refills not filled when they’re supposed to be, and I’m having to call more and more due to issues. I switched from a large chain pharmacy to them because they were smaller and provided stellar service. Disappointing.

Very disappointed with this pharmacy. I switched from a major brand pharmacy to this one, hoping that local service would be better. Initially, I was impressed, but when I tried to have my child's inhaler Rx filled, they told me they would not do it. Not because my insurance wouldn't pay or I can't afford it, but they simply won't fill it because they said they would lose money. I'm in shock and honestly, annoyed.
