Excellent service and supply! They must have a different supplier for one of my meds because they are the only ones in the city that have it… consistently… all the time. Not even the big box pharmacies around town have any in stock. We’ll anyway, check them out for fast and courteous service and save $$$ in the process. Did I mention they have very reasonable rates? …well they have very reasonable rates! I’m done… byeeee 👋🏽
This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They have great customer service. And they always get prescriptions on time. Their deliveries are always on time and accurate. So you don’t have to worry about the delay in the medications arrival.
Everytime I go to them, they always greet with a smile. They are super friendly and the place is always clean. I’m never in there very long. I would not want to trust my meds being dispensed by any other pharmacy. I plan to keep them as my pharmacy of choice for as long as I’m living in the area. Such a wonderful team of individuals that work here. I relocated to Raleigh last year and had to find a new primary care physician, while I was there at my first Dr appointment, I asked the staff if they could recommend a local pharmacy to me—the days of going to Walgreens or CVS are way behind me, as you just can’t get good service or have an inkling of a relationship at those large corporations— they recommended Better Life Pharmacy to me and I’m so glad they did! They know who I am as soon as I walk through the door! They typically have my medications in stock or they are able to get it to me the next day, you can tell they have strong relationships with their customers (I’ve seen many people in line in front of me make it a point to go speak to the pharmacist on their way out to say hello). If you are looking for a pharmacy with great customer service and a team of people who truly care about you, I highly recommend giving Better Life a try, you won’t regret it!
My doctor recommended Better Life Pharmacy to me and I'm very glad I made the switch over from CVS. We are a family of 5 and have all of our medicines filled here! The team at Better Life Pharmacy is very helpful, responsive and cheerful! They have much better pricing than CVS and Walgreens and are always sure to check for coupons. You will always be able to talk to someone on the phone without having to go through a huge automated system. They also work easily through text messaging. I highly recommend Better Life Pharmacy!
