My experience was one I wish I had all the time. When I called to see if they were able to make my daughters prescription, they were able to answer all of my questions and fill the prescription. I was greeted by staff and explained to me how a compound pharmacy worked since I have never been to a pharmacy like that before. I was informed throughout the process. There was a small issue that hung up getting the prescription filled but on our doctors end. I was notified from the pharmacy. I appreciated them going out of their way to keep me updated. When the prescription was filled and ready for pick up they let me know the price and it was much lower than I anticipated. We will be returning when my daughters medicine needs refilled.
I love this pharmacy so much. They are so kind and helpful. I just recently got medicine compounded there for my cat and they were able to give me exactly what I needed in chicken flavor. And as a vet tech I've been calling in prescriptions for other people's pets here for years. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone seems genuinely happy and will go above and beyond for you. They let you know which flavors are the most popular and likely to be well received by the pets, which methods of compounding work best for each particular medicine, and which methods would be the most cost effective for the clients. I recommend them to any of my clients that need a medicine compounded!
Super nice and patient people. I had questions about my cat’s prescription, and I got knowledgeable help. They were able to chicken flavor his medication and suspend it with an anti-bitter solution.
Medicine prepared quickly-I brought it in late in day & was ready next day. I was able to pick flavor my cat might like. Instructions typed clearly on label big enough to read. Came with small syringe (without needle) to put in top of bottle to pull liquid out easily to get the right dose. Unfortunately the fish flavor didn’t fool my cat into eating it with her food (no surprise) but the dose is so small it’s been easy to squirt down her throat. Staff friendly & helpful.
I truly appreciate how timely and efficient this team is—not to mention their willingness to go above and beyond by having a pharmacist personally call to answer my questions in such a friendly and helpful manner. That level of care and communication is rare these days. I will absolutely be continuing my business with them!
