This was our first visit just to get our COVID booster because it wasn’t available at our usual pharmacy. We were pleasantly surprised how friendly the staff was. And by the large and diverse selection of items available in this store. My wife bought a cute ring while we were there. They also do photo printing and poster size enlargements on site. It’s very modern but still has that small town charm. We may switch our prescriptions to Carroll pharmacy because we were so impressed.

I was very excited to leave Walgreens but if I wanted to be treated like I was at Walgreens, I would go to Walgreens. As a new customer, aka “patient”, the person at the register could not have cared less if I was there. On only my second encounter, I approached the drive thru and was greeted with “Yes?…”. I imagine in today’s landscape of decreasing reimbursements and rising costs an independent pharmacy would be grateful for every person that walks through the doors but I sure did not feel that welcoming, small community pharmacy feel. Very disappointed. In addition, at neither time I picked up my prescriptions was I made an offer to counsel. Might as well go back to Walgreens.

I have been with Carroll Pharmacy over 10 years they have always treaded me and my husband like family and Gone up and beyond the call of duty with my pills,making sure they call my Dr's if I needed refills and much more. I am still am with them even know my husband passed on God rest his soul😪. They especially when my husband passed they took me under there wings and made sure that if I ever needed anything to let them know. Carroll Pharmacy is family 😪
