Since Upchurch Drugs closed down I have been getting prescriptions from Central Pharmacy. Jennifer and her staff are amazing! Everyone is so nice and welcoming from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. Love that it's family owned. Gotta shop local! Customer for life!

Wouldn’t suggest this pharmacy if you’re transgender. I’m not usually bothered by this kind of stuff but they kept calling out my deadname in front of everyone and asking across the place what prescription it was. They also kept calling me “she” despite the fact that I’ve passed as a man for ages and haven’t had this problem in a while. Not sure if it was intentional but every time I picked up from here I didn’t feel great about it

Generally, I like this pharmacy; however, it is too difficult to get in touch with someone there by phone. I typically have to leave a message and wait for a call back. They really need to increase phone availability to provide a better overall customer service experience.

I've been using this pharmacy for many years and tell everyone I can to go here instead of the nightmare large chain pharmacies. The staff are so nice and remember all of their customers. They are great about problem solving and communicating. Never a long wait and they have an easy to use website for refills. They even deliver if you can't get out of the house. If you want great customer service, this is definitely the place to give your business to!

Excellent pharmacy with wonderful staff. Always friendly and happy to help answer questions and address concerns. Refills are easy to request and they're super responsive.
