So, so much for helpful than any major chain store. Remember when places cared about customer service? Well, they still do!! They call you with questions, reach out to your doc if needed, AND actually keep you updated! Very knowledgeable - - would absolutely recommend Thomas and his staff.
Such a wonderful pharmacy with great people. I switched to 5th about 6 months ago. Great service! They put my Rx in a cooler to take with me because I wasn't able to go straight home with it. I'm so glad they had a cooler with an ice pack. I completely forgot the med was in my vehicle for over 5 hours. When I retrieved it, it was still nice and chilled in the little cooler with ice pack. So thankful for your service and attention to your clients needs. I recommend 5th to everyone.
I recently switched from one of the well-known pharmacies and I'm beyond ecstatic about the switch. Samina (apologies if I misspelled or misheard your name) is incredibly helpful and kind. This is a night and day experience and I couldn't recommend them more!!
