Lydia & family have (owners of Governors Pharmacy) are the most professional & empathetic people I've ever dealt with. I'm a faithful patron. There have been times I lacked insurance and Lydia worked something out for me. If you're looking for a well stock/timely/professional experience .. go there .. Can’t say enough about this place! Went in for my 1st round of the COVID-19 vaccine. All the staff greeted me with a smile and were all extremely professional from the moment I stepped into the pharmacy. My paperwork was all ready to be filled out, and I was asked if I had any questions. The wait time was literally 2 minutes until it was my turn to go. The pharmacist who administered my shot was so nice and asked if I had any questions beforehand. He went over post Covid instructions then I was on my way. 5 stars for such a great experience!!!
Growing up, I remember going to a neighborhood pharmacy, where the pharmacist knew me and my family by name. Although I grew up in a city, this pharmacy had a small town feel, sort of like the TV show Cheers... The experience of having a trusted pharmacist who knows you personally is special, and for the first time since childhood, I found that again at Governor's Pharmacy when they opened a couple of years ago. Not only are they friendly, helpful, and reliable, there's never a long wait, as you get at most chain pharmacies. And just as an example of how great they are, here is what just happened today: My doctor called in a prescription late last night, and although several inches of snow dumped on the ground overnight and most places are closed today, Lydia Mikhaylyants, pharmacist and owner of Governor's Pharmacy, unexpectedly hand-delivered my prescription to my front door in the snow! I had assumed they were closed and it would be a couple of days before I could get it. I highly recommend Governor's Pharmacy!
As a patient, Governors Pharmacy has always been reliable and friendly for both my wife and I. As a medical provider, they have assisted my patients and even stayed late for emergencies. I cannot thank them enough!
The customer service here is excellent. It is a small pharmacy but very well stocked. And if there is something you need that they don't have on hand, they will get it for you by the next business day. They deliver locally at no extra charge.
