About almost a year in going to this pharmacy and they are still the best pharmacy I've been to. Do yourself a favor and go here. They have shown to maintain high standards across the board in terms of going out of their way to get prescriptions on time, kindness to customers, and simply making sure you leave happy. They always go out of there way to make sure my medication is in stock when I need it, and they are all very welcoming and thorough. I've been going to them every month for almost a year now and every visit is great. Sometimes if I'm in the area, I will just stop in to say hello to whoever is working because they actually like to see their customers. I never had this experience in my time going to pharmacies where I come from (Southern California). Do yourself a favor and go to Greystone, you will definitely leave happy!
They're fantastic! I needed a prescription filled quickly before going out of town and they transferred my prescription and had it ready within 30 minutes. Incredible service and friendly people. Also feels great supporting a local pharmacy that's a part of the community. For the longest time I thought Walgreens and CVS was were the only options, but I'm so glad I found this pharmacy. Would HIGHLY recommend!
I was a little worried about the new management takeover, as this had always been our friendly neighborhood pharmacy. But the new management is great so far. New leadership has been in the store every time I've been in, and they're quite responsive to concerns. So far, I'm willing to tentatively say that the transition is going well. If this review is a few months old, and I have not come back to edit it, you can assume everything is great.
My son goes to this pharmacy and he suggested I try it for a new compounded medication I was prescribed. I loved it! There is never a wait to speak to a pharmacist or tech, they are all very sweet when you talk to them, and they are always on top of any information you may need to know regarding medication. They take pride in their work and both I and my son always leave with smiles. Thank you, Greystone!
New owner is keeping the same friendly vibes and great service that this place is known for. I drive all the way from Apex to get my prescriptions filled here because they know me and always look out for my best interests. If you’re fed up with Walgreens and CVS give Greystone a try and you won’t go anywhere else.
