Greystone Pharmacy is amazing! If you are tired of the "big box" pharmacies that care more about $ than people, make the change today! You can forget about hearing that your RX will be ready in a few hours which often happens at other places. I have never waited more than 5 minutes, even when it was just sent in! The people are friendly and caring! Sometimes, you may even find a little treat in your bag! I had been meaning to write this for a while, but was quickly reminded why they are so great when I had a RX sent to the 3 letter pharmacy yesterday. In the end, I spent several hours and drove over 60 miles all around trying to track down my RX after showing up before closing time, but they were already closed and having my RX sent to another one of their stores. Greystone is not open on the weekends, which is perfectly fine, I just needed something on Sunday. Next time, I will do without and wait for the world's greatest pharmacy, Greystone!
Very nice place and friendly service, somewhat on a personal level. And I have never had a problem with picking up my meds. If you are old enough to remember the old time pharmacy that's the and atmosphere. đź‘Ť
Very polite and always helpful! The owner goes out of his way to make sure, I get my correct medication! If you want a pharmacy that treats you like family then this is the place for you!
Zero communication with patients regarding prescriptions and orders even after requesting it. I had to call to ask them to place the order for my medication (even after the doctor had sent it) and call again a few days later to ask if it was ready every single month. Recently called to inquire about my prescription refill after hearing nothing for over a week and was flatly told “we won’t be able to fill it” with no further explanation and that I needed to have it sent to another pharmacy. If you like lapses in your medication this is the place for you!
Greystone Village Pharmacy is the most customer-friendly pharmacy I have ever encountered. Unlike the big pharmacy chains they take the time to know you and they are genuinely interested in your well being. Unlike most pharmacies, you can drop-off a prescription and have it filled almost immediately. There is no other pharmacy that does this. On a recent visit to Greystone I shared news that my illness had gotten much worse and prevented me from resting comfortably. Bryant's team filled my prescriptions very quickly and asked me several times if I was comfortable while I waited. AMAZING. Also, within 2-days I had a nice card delivered to my home with their well wishes. I will never use another pharmacy, Greystone is unmatched in service, support and healthcare advice. I appreciate the entire Greystone team!
