I am a Duke healthcare provider and have had repeated positive interactions with Gurley’s!! My patients have had phenomenal service and delivery (even meds prepackaged for the time of day) from this company! They are especially kind and helpful to my indigent patients!!! They also have a super helpful medical supply store! I cannot say enough good things about these people and this company.

Where else can you find these prices?
And they are very community focused. I can tell that they love their city and want to help.
I’ve always worked with very kind people at the register And all of them have had immense patience for the long line that can build sometimes. They are fast and efficient while so answering questions.
I live in North Raleigh and I pick up my meds here when I drive to Durham to visit friends. That is saying something.

This is the Worst in customer service. I have been on hold for 45 minutes. A person answered phone and asked me to hold, still have not.come back! I called from work phone, automated system informed me I was next in line 18 minutes ago! I live 19 minutes away, I took phone and drove there...no one in line, staff talking to each other! Worst part? No apology no concern. If my job didn't use them, I would never grace there doorway again!

There is Never any parking available. You have to circle the block many times. When you do get a parking spot it's usually very far from the store. If you call they put you on hold for at least 10 minutes every time. Ms Patricia is very friendly and sweet. She knows every customer by name and gets you in and out quickly. All of the employees that i have encountered have great attitudes. The store seems too small for the volume that they serve. It would be nice if they could get a store with ample parking.

Now this place has been downtown Durham for many decades. But with many things in life a change is needed. When you feel as a cashier you tell a customer before feeling a prescription you must have all medication come here is crazy. What this tells me is that ppl don't know why they are there. Or they have been there too long and think they own the business. And this tells me management doesn't understand as well.
