Health Park Pharmacy has been great to deal with. The delivery service and pill packs make such a huge difference in helping us with my elderly parents. It is AWESOME that they will communicate via text! As others have mentioned, you can actually speak with a pharmacist when you call. They know who parents are and will call if there is ever any concerns. Only downside is that they are not open on the weekends so if you have an urgent need you have to go elsewhere. 100% recommend.

Who always have your health care in BEST interests and they do deliver services as well as mailing your prescriptions to you!!!, what more can you ask for from them… I will recommend them to anyone who is in need of a AWESOME PHARMACY SERVICES!!! #HEALTH PARK PHARMACY!!! Health park is the best area!! You know everything you need to know from the pharmacy! There is an employee named Lisa and she is always ahead of me getting my medications so there is no stress!! There is a great team when it comes to getting all your medications aligned so no coming and going getting a few at a time!! It’s also nice when they get to know you they know to keep an eye out for your meds!! It’s also nice to get a text when everything really nice!! So if you are looking for a good pharmacy this is the place!! Thanks guys!!
After years of frustration with stock issues, poor communication, and genuinely feeling like an inconvenience when picking up a prescription at a big-chain pharmacy (*cough* CVS,) my provider referred me to Health Park - and I'm so grateful that she did. From my first visit, the team here have been extremely welcoming and genuinely eager to help. I’ll admit, I had a hard time finding the place initially and ended up calling for directions. Despite my complete lack of navigational skills, the gentleman I spoke with was incredibly patient and kind. He didn’t make me feel stupid (even though I definitely felt it!) Instead, he patiently listened to me trying to describe my surroundings to make my way there. (As someone who has some painfully awkward social anxiety at times, that level of kindness and understanding meant a lot to me.) It’s worth noting that more times than not, I have a pretty hectic schedule and definitely prioritize convenience and saving time above all else. If a pharmacy has a mobile app, a drive-through, extended hours, and is close to home—that’s usually the one I’ll choose. This pharmacy? It has none of those things. They're open Monday through Friday from 9 to 5 and are a full 20 minutes from my house. The big-chain pharmacy (*cough* CVS *cough*) I used before had all the convenience features you could ask for—and yet, I still choose Health Park. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. If you find yourself frustrated with your current pharmacy location and are looking for somewhere that doesn't leave you feeling frustrated, I definitely recommend looking into Health Park.
