EDIT 5/19: I'll give them a little credit; they seem to be trying to do better but just can't seem to hit the mark. Since my last review, there have been several miscommunications. For example, the lady who I believe is named "Lisa," called ME completely unprompted last Friday to ask if I wanted this month's prescriptions filled... the same ones I have been filling every month for a couple years... which was weird, but I said yes. She said they would be ready on Monday. That sounded a bit soon, but what do I know? I called this morning (Monday) to confirm, and was told just 1 of my 2 prescriptions was ready. I said OK, I am on my way. Then I get a call as I am halfway there telling me that actually NEITHER are ready and it is because it is TOO SOON to fill both and LISA didn't look at the DATES? How unprofessional and what a needless waste of all of our time. If you are a customer here that doesn't live in the direct vicinity, I recommend calling and confirming at least 3 times before you make the trek over. I started coming here over a year ago when other pharmacies around me failed to be reliable and transparent. I was so pleased at first, but as time has passed, the quality of service has been on the decline. I know there are shortages of the medication I rely on for my mental health (and to stay employed), which is why I do my due diligence and call every month to ensure any kinks can be worked out. But unfortunately, the staff at this pharmacy does not show the same care toward their patients. They allow prescriptions to run late due to "back orders," which really just seem like the result of the one lady who does their ordering forgetting to do her job. But don't worry; she will whisper her mistakes to co-workers as you walk in the door as if it were some kind of cute joke and tell you that you should know her work schedule when you complain about misinformation. The owner will also make empty promises about doing better, but the same thing will happen month after month. I'm seriously considering giving up altogether.

I take a very expensive medication that is not covered by my insurance and also is in short supply. I happened to read on Reddit that this pharmacy can order it for me. I could hardly believe it. They ordered it, it was about 15% less than any other pharmacy, and they delivered it to my house. They were also very professional and courteous in all our interactions. They have my admiration and gratitude.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff pharm staff. Competitive prices on meds, and fun local arts and crafts for sale in the store.
This pharmacy is price gouging in my experience and opinon. At first this pharmacy told me that the insurance would not cover the prescribed medication; after the insurance, BCBS, would cover this medicine and found that the pharmacy was charging me double the cost of the med, then Health Park Pharmacy told BCBS that they would not sell me the medication which is needed for a vital test. What do you think???
