THE BEST pharmacy experience. They were able to help me last minute and fill a prescription within 5 minutes as we needed a new pharmacy when we moved to the area. Always well staffed and super friendly. Highly recommend.

I was highly impressed by this pharmacy. I live less than .25 miles and never once went in. Dr sent me a compound last week and I went to Healthsmart. The people are so friendly, the staff are all eager to help, plus they have the cutest items. My only recommendation is they should sell at least water. Just so customers waiting, as it gets hotter, can buy hydration. Don't sell sodas, I mean fresh hydration like water, aloe water, or electrolyte waters. Very pleased with this pharmacy, in 24 hours everything was ready and at my home.

Updating to add that they need better customer service skills. People getting prescriptions are already struggling. Being rude makes it worse. Maybe act like you care, even if you don't. I liked them a lot when they were near 210 and 40. Personal service, and they cared. That closed and we were sent to the Cleveland one. The customer service is nowhere near as good. It seems like they are not organized and they just want you out the door. 😕 It's sad. I keep hoping the service will balance with the changes.

After the unprofessional service I received at Realo in Smithfield earlier today, I transferred my rx to HealthSmart pharmacy. I am thankful that I did. Hannah and Morgan were extremely professional and helped me with transferring and getting my rx filled. I will be returning. Thank you ladies! The fill and pickup was quick, easy, and very professional. I appreciate all the help!
