I am 57 years old and suffer from depression, anxiety, asthma, and eczema. Lance and his knowledgeable team have been taking care of me for 20 years or more. He advises me about my prescriptions and their proper use, side effects, and proper dosage. He is busy, but always friendly and answers my questions when I need help. His team always has my medicines ready promptly and helps with prior authorizations that I need help with. They are kind and courteous, and they fill my meds quickly. I can't say enough great things about Lance and his staff.
I have been with them since they opened. I will never go anywhere else. They keep track of what you are taking, and make sure to advise you of any interactions....since the doctor's don't often check. I love Lance and I will always be a loyal customer!!!!
We have been a customer of Medicap for about 3 years now. The staff is friendly and always helpful. They remember us by name. When we pull up, they grab our prescriptions before even having to ask for them or tell them our name. They have a long time customer with our family! :) I have even sent other friends and family to them as well and they are now life time customers too! :)
Absolutely LOVE Healthsmart and it is a blessing to have a trustworthy pharmacy that is LOCAL. Lance and his staff have taken care of me and my family since we moved to this area. I only purchase meds from this pharmacy and so grateful for their advice, oversight, and contributions that have proven invaluable to my and my family's health. Whether Treatment for Chronic conditions or acute, seasonal conditions- we trust that Lance and his staff are paying attention, serving as an added watch to ensure doctors don't prescribe meds that may be a problem with current meds, as well as, always helpful with advice and explanations so we don't make mistakes with meds. Taking OTC or prescribed medication can be harmful or helpful and I appreciate all Lance and his staff do to the betterment of the CONSUMER and not the med industry. I have NO desire to be at the mercy of and chained to the "other retail stores" that dispense meds "on the side"... The local, independent, stand alone, personable, patient/customer focused, traditional pharmacy style of Healthsmart (previously Medicap) that Lance and his staff cultivate is worth everything. The experience of caring MORE for "the person of the consumer" far outweighs any monetary difference or big chain store distractions.
Absolutely the WORST customer service around. The Pharmacist himself is truly rude and consistently arrogant. This comes from visiting not once but multiple times. I'll travel further to find someone that cares going forward.
