I've used them several times since moving to Holly Springs and they've got a long-term customer in me now! I had to get something reversed and refunded and they took the time to get it all done for me. Thanks! Having four young children, having a good pharmacy is so important! As a support of small businesses in general, I'm glad I have Holly Springs Pharmacy!

An independent pharmacy who truly cares about their patients. They are proactive, communicative and their wait times are minimal. I'm so happy to have a nearby pharmacy that sees us as humans and not another metric that corporate makes retail meet. This review has been far too long waiting to be done. I made the mistake of using walgreens down the road for awhile ... And that was a dreadful experience. I finally wised up in the last few years and went somewhere that really cares. :) I worked 12 years as a cpht in retail Rx a decade ago. HS pharmacy reminds me of the power team I worked with then.

This review is well overdue & if I could give an infinite amount of stars, I absolutely would. One of the 1st words that comes to mind with regards for the staff is GENUINE. They are all beyond helpful & show thru their actions that they genuinely care about everyone who walks in. It can be rare to find any establishment nowadays that shows the true kindness that HS Pharmacy does. I've never had an issue with them ever being out of stock of my medication, either, which is of course a big convenience I'm grateful for! This place is the prime definition/example of what a true 'neighborhood pharmacy' is & should be!

This is the best pharmacy I've ever been to in my life! I'm really glad I found this pharmacy, read the reviews, and switched from a big-chain pharm to a local one. Making the switch has improved my quality of life! I no longer have to constantly go through stimulant withdrawal every month, worry about if I have enough medication until my next refill, or bombard pharm techs with calls about the status on their stimulant shortage. Since being a patient at this pharmacy, I've had absolutely ZERO anxiety about getting pharmaceutical care! I know that they always work super quickly preparing refills, and when they order medications, it comes in much quicker than at a big-chain pharmacy. They also communicate really well with me about the status of my medications. All of the staff here are super polite and respectful, which alleviates the stress in me after doctors' appointments. The atmosphere in this place is always pleasant and comforting; I really do recommend visiting this place for your pharmaceutical needs! The Holly Springs Pharmacy Team rocks! They are the underrated life-savers of our community. I owe part of my current health to them— thank you. ❤️‍🩹💊

I love this pharmacy … but, not being open on Sunday and closing early on Saturday can make it difficult to get prescriptions, especially for folks like myself who are pulled in 10 different directions. I arrived at 2pm this Saturday, having forgotten that the pharmacy closed at 1pm and now am without my prescriptions through the long weekend. Most people work around the hours. I really really wish that I could.
