I have never had a problem with this pharmacy, or the staff until today. I have always felt treated like family, until today. The “owner”, Debbie, should not interact with customers if she cannot do it professionally. Unfortunately, this has caused them to lose my Grandmothers business after over 20 years.
Wow! Just tried this place out yesterday after using Walgreen's for the past few years. What a difference! They filled my prescription in just a few minutes while I waited and were cheaper on one drug by 20% and another by 700%! Don't be afraid to use the small guy in town! Super nice folks running this place!
I have been having numerous prescriptions filled for years at Hospital Pharmacy. You cannot beat the prices, professionalism, knowledge, speed, accuracy, or friendliness. Family members & friends are now going there. Every chance I get, I tell people about Gods blessing to have found Hospital Pharmacy.
Switched to Hospital Pharmacy after 7 years of using Walgreens. Once Walgreens bought out Rite-Aid, their service went down the crapper. Love Hospital Pharmacy! They fill scripts in 5 mins or less, no matter how busy they are! They are SUPER friendly, and best of all LOCAL! SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BRICK & MORTER BUSINESS! Mr. Gerald & staff are the best, and they actually care about your health and answer all your questions! If you like LONG waits, uncaring staff, and rude incompetent service, then by all means, use Walgreens for your healthcare needs! Thanks, HOSPITAL PHARMACY!
I would never go anywhere else in Dunn. This place is what makes Dunn a great place to live. It's locally owned and has a long history of serving the community.
