I typically don't write reviews about businesses, unless they are particularly poor. However, t I am currently 60 years old and have worked with numerous pharmacies throughout my life. I want to commend the staff at Joseph's Pharmacy; from Mr. O'Neill and Frank, who expertly handle inbound calls, to Jonathan the pharmacist, everyone consistently provides exceptional service. I am very happy to state that, in my opinion, Joseph's is undoubtedly the best pharmacy in the area. Please continue to maintain the outstanding level of service you currently provide.
Honestly, the entire staff at Josef’s are the most compassionate and competent people I have ever been served by. The service itself was the most thorough I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been to quite a few pharmacies in my longer time on this planet, and I can tell you, becoming a client of Josef’s is worth it, even if it means switching pharmacies to be served by them. You won’t regret it.
When I first heard of Josefs Pharmacy, I was skeptical. After all, the days of truly personalized service at a pharmacy seemed to be a thing of the past. But boy, was I proven wrong. From the moment I walked in, I knew this wasn't going to be a typical trip to the drugstore. The first thing that struck me was the unique concept of the pharmacy, boutique, and gift shop all in one place. It felt like a whole new experience, unlike any other pharmacy I had ever been to. But what really stood out was the exceptional service I received from Tinah and the pharmacist, Kevin. It wasn't just a matter of them asking, "Can I help you?" and rushing to the next customer. They took their time to listen to me and truly understand my needs. Their level of attention and care made me feel as though I was the only customer in the world. They went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of flawless. I was blown away by the personal touch that went into everything they did at Josefs Pharmacy. It was without a doubt one of the most outstanding pharmacy experiences I've ever had. The quality of service was superior, excellent, and surpassing, to say the least. From the unique concept to the exceptional service, everything about Josefs Pharmacy was noteworthy and distinctive. I left truly impressed and satisfied, knowing that I had discovered a true game-changer in the world of pharmacies. Overall, I highly recommend Josefs Pharmacy to anyone seeking unparalleled personalized service, a unique experience, and exceptional quality in Raleigh North Carolina. This pharmacy has been the primary pharmacy for my inhalers and medicine as well as my sons and we couldnt be more pleased with the customer service and their kindness,patience and understanding. We will continue to use this pharmacy in the New Bern location as long as we are able to. Thank you Josefs for being the best all around pharmacy with the best team to help us feel taken care of!
