My family and I moved last year about 45 minutes away from Josefs Pharmacy, we decided to keep using this facility (the New Bern location) because of the great service we have received over the years with our Mom's prescription process. The representatives always provide the best service we came to enjoy and appreciate. We couldn't imagine getting our prescription filled elsewhere. We want to thank the team for always get our mother's prescription ready and on time. In addition, for always ready to connect with the Dr's office if a prescription runs out of refill. Everybody deserves a lunch break but when an able bodied employee uses the handicapped space for takeout food, that’s a bad reflection on your business, especially considering you’re in the health and medical field. I have spent way too many years with a lifelong friend with polio, searching for open spots because of people like your lazy, inconsiderate employee. There is NEVER an excuse good enough for this behavior.
When I first heard of Josefs Pharmacy, I was skeptical. After all, the days of truly personalized service at a pharmacy seemed to be a thing of the past. But boy, was I proven wrong. From the moment I walked in, I knew this wasn't going to be a typical trip to the drugstore. The first thing that struck me was the unique concept of the pharmacy, boutique, and gift shop all in one place. It felt like a whole new experience, unlike any other pharmacy I had ever been to. But what really stood out was the exceptional service I received from Tinah and the pharmacist, Kevin. It wasn't just a matter of them asking, "Can I help you?" and rushing to the next customer. They took their time to listen to me and truly understand my needs. Their level of attention and care made me feel as though I was the only customer in the world. They went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of flawless. I was blown away by the personal touch that went into everything they did at Josefs Pharmacy. It was without a doubt one of the most outstanding pharmacy experiences I've ever had. The quality of service was superior, excellent, and surpassing, to say the least. From the unique concept to the exceptional service, everything about Josefs Pharmacy was noteworthy and distinctive. I left truly impressed and satisfied, knowing that I had discovered a true game-changer in the world of pharmacies. Overall, I highly recommend Josefs Pharmacy to anyone seeking unparalleled personalized service, a unique experience, and exceptional quality in Raleigh North Carolina. They are now keeping you on hold and long periods of time and go in the store they are just sitting around. Or they tell you your medicine will be ready go the next day still have to wait. Why call and say it's ready if it's not. Been with my meds all week.
The staff at Josefs Pharmacy is very friendly you are not just a person picking up medicine you are treated like family. They listen to your concerns and go beyond the call of duty to make sure that you understand your medication and how to take it. I love Joseph's pharmacy.
