The N. Roxboro Durham location new staff needs to have bedside manner classes, you don't laugh at people on the phone when they ask you a serious questions, and the pharmacist should not tell you that he is doing this in "good favor" when it is his Job to fill the prescription. I hate that Joe isn't the pharmacist anymore. He was down to earth and took his job as a pharmacist very seriously and was very nice and had manners. We will be finding another pharmacy. They don't close at 2 pm on Saturday, they close at 1 pm, and haven't changed their time when we're told a year ago, but you don't know that if you're looking at the time on app.
I have been filling my scripts at Josefs for years now and cannot say enough about how amazing Joe and all of his staff is! They are extremely fast and go out of their way to make sure that they have taken care of all of my needs each and every time. The personal touch of Joe knowing your name , asking how you are and just treating you like a friend makes each visit a true pleasure me! I am just grateful for the excellent service and care!! I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Please disregard the 2-star rating this wonderful Pharmacy has received. They are absolutely amazing. Maud went above and beyond making sure I got the right generics from the specific manufacturers I need. They DELIVER free of charge! And also have a convenient drive-thru. I am not feeling well enough to drive to get my medicine and don’t have to worry about bothering friends and family. I feel taken care of and that they are an oasis in a sea of Pharmacies that didn’t go that extra mile to make sure my doctor’s orders were followed to a T. I am delighted to have found them and can safely say they are now my pharmacy of choice.
Thank you so much to Joe and Josef’s Pharmacy!!! They didn’t have enough pills for Rx so they gave me what they had and ordered the rest. So appreciative for that. No insurance is sometimes scary but Thank G-d for your all and the awesome price on my meds. It’s easier to feel better with affordable health care including Rx’s. Thank you again!!!
Amazing how much better they are then the big pharmacies. They provide multiple convenient ways to contact them, are responsive and helpful, and never a long wait.
