Had everything I needed. Came in for antacids (pill form), and the kind lady at the front gave me a water from the back so I could take it! Very kind!

Great place for expired OTC meds and stale chewing gum. The bumbling incompetence and the background talk radio help to give it that intimate, small-town feel. I'm sure Lloyd's is fine if you don't mind waiting 20 minutes to sign for 2 Rx's because you're very old and have nowhere else to be and no one else to talk to. Unlikely that anyone else would be satisfied with the services here. If this business isn't a front for something illegal, then the confused, disagreeable proprietor ought to sell it off and retire.

Update: My roommate had her prescriptions transferred to CVS and the pharmacists trying to get the prescriptions had a difficult time working with Ms. Lloyd. She told both Shawn and Katie to not call her anymore. I am wondering now if Ms. Lloyd needs some assistance. My roommate had to call her doctor's office to get all prescriptions moved because Ms. Lloyd was so uncooperative.
My roommate has a prescription for a specific heart medication that is expensive. Each time my roommate gets it refilled, Mrs. Lloyd complains that she doesn't get paid (from insurance). She then complains that she has to make a living and is not very nice about it. My roommate cannot help the fact that she has this prescription that needs to be filled. Ms. Lloyd makes me feel really uncomfortable and I don't even use that pharmacy. Bad customer service. I am so glad others love her and will continue to take their business there. I, on the other hand, will NOT.

Bought a lip balm here that was supposedly strawberry sorbet but was so old it just smelled like glue. The owner is extremely elderly. Extremely elderly. But she was nice enough. I have heard the hours are unpredictable. I can't really recommend going here.

Tried calling this pharmacy to ask if they had a certain medication in stock. Was told "no" without even asking what medication it was. Called back again and asked "you said you do not have medications in stock??" reply from employee was "I'm trying to fill a prescription, I'm not going to look, do not call back". I love supporting small business, particularly in a small town, but this is probably the worst customer service I've seen in ages. Will not be doing business here.
