Highly recommend! The team at North State is exceptional! The manager handled my order and was able to get me my prescription the next day. He even contacted my dermatologist to get a different prescription that would have the same benefits at a lower cost to me. Will definitely continue to use this pharmacy.
One of the best pharmacy's in Raleigh. Exceptionally knowledgeable staff. Pharmacist Rish was very helpful and provided excellent patient care and customer service. I had a few questions regarding my prescriptions and he devoted his time to counsel me. I was very happy with the quality of service that I have received from North State. I will definitely come back again. Good to know that they are going to start filling regular prescriptions apart from dermatological products. Will definitely transfer my prescriptions here. Love this pharmacy and staff.
Fantastic service. My dermatologist called my prescriptions in to North State and told me he found the best prices here. I was so relieved to be able to afford my prescription creams. I’m going to ask my neurologist to call my prescriptions in here as well. The free shipping is wonderful, no leaving the house for my prescriptions.
I have used their free delivery service a few times, and I have been happy every time. I did want to write a glowing review today though of the assistance I received from Alicia (could be spelled differently). She went out of her way to find a coupon to relieve some of the costs with two prescriptions. She followed up with me even before promised and save me a bunch of time and money in the process. She was wonderfully pleasant in doing all of it. Great customer service always brings repeat customers. I'll continue to use them.
Have been working with this pharmacy for a couple months now at the recommendation of my dermatologist and they have been great! The customer service has been terrific each time I call to check on filling a prescription and whether it has been mailed out (they handle sending meds to my daughter). Also, and this is huge, they are charging me $5 for a medication that others (CVS, Walgreens, etc) wanted to charge me several hundred or more after processing my insurance. Not sure how they are doing it, but they are. Awesome experience for my family. Thanks!
