I've been going to Person Street Pharmacy for years, and the staff is always helpful and quick with orders. They’re extremely responsive, even via email. Plus, they offer free prescription delivery within a certain distance, which has been incredibly helpful. I’ve had some difficult prescriptions to fill, and they’ve even suggested ways for my provider to write the script so I get what I need while ensuring insurance coverage, given the strict rules around certain medications. Highly recommend!
Have loved this place ever since I moved downtown several years ago. For breakfast it never disappoints, either a biscuit with homemade jams or the cafe burrito are perfect. Recently went in to try the new menu and enjoyed a mesa bowl and kombucha on tap. Love both the food and the vibes!
I copied this review from another customer because it 100% reflects my experience there as well. "Although I initially had positive interactions here, now it's a hit-and-miss experience. On any given day, either the staff members are friendly, solicitous, and helpful; or abrupt, impatient, and almost gratuitously rude. With so many local pharmacies, it's easy to choose friendlier places."

Such incredible customer service. They work hard to get me the best prices and help me deal with my insurance. When I thought something was wrong with my prescription (supplier issue and no fault of their own) they took me seriously and quickly got me a replacement from a different source. Medications are filled quickly and an actual person answers the phone. I’m so glad I finally switched over!
