I copied this review from another customer because it 100% reflects my experience there as well. "Although I initially had positive interactions here, now it's a hit-and-miss experience. On any given day, either the staff members are friendly, solicitous, and helpful; or abrupt, impatient, and almost gratuitously rude. With so many local pharmacies, it's easy to choose friendlier places."
I just picked up a special pharmacy for my ear. This was my first time at this location. The woman who explained how to take the medicine was super nice and thorough. I was so nervous about taking these new meds, and feel so much better. Highly recommend this place! Cute old school pharmacy and the customers there all had smiles on their faces. Happy place!
Such incredible customer service. They work hard to get me the best prices and help me deal with my insurance. When I thought something was wrong with my prescription (supplier issue and no fault of their own) they took me seriously and quickly got me a replacement from a different source. Medications are filled quickly and an actual person answers the phone. I’m so glad I finally switched over!
Really fun experience from the minute you drive onto the property and are hugged by all their beautiful Christmas lights. It only elevates when you walk through their doors. The host stand staff were prompt & courteous and our server Megan was amazing. I love the complimentary crudités on the table, excellent pickles. We enjoyed the crackers with soft cheese spreads as well, so old school good. The wine list is simply amazing, we enjoyed Frank Family Cabernet on this evening. Our family of six ordered Château Briand, bone in ribeye steak with a special seasoning, and a New York strip. All were cooked perfectly to our specifications of “rare plus”.The baked potato and stuffed potato sides were spot on, as were the button, mushrooms and cream of spinach. The desserts did not disappoint, we had a cobbler and a cheesecake. We were then treated by Megan to a private tour of the entire restaurant, including their private dining rooms downstairs, which were impeccably decorated for the season. Wine cellar is jaw dropping. We got to see a $30,000 bottle of French Bordeaux. They have a fun upstairs, whiskey bar with hundreds of porcelain turkey decanters and a lounging room with a wall full of antique pistols. For those in know, there’s also a speakeasy room you can ask to be shown to at the host stand.
I will never go to another pharmacy again! Person street is the best. Incredible kind, proactive, and a pleasure to do business with.
