After using CVS for the last decade and finally being tired of horrible customer service horrible wait times lines that sometimes reach to the back of the aisle and just overall rude interactions- We decided to find somewhere that was friendlier more helpful and less wait time. I had a prescription called in that needed a doctor prior authorization and called to follow up on the status not only were they helpful and sweet, but Kelsey called the insurance company to check on the status called me back and left a message with information for my doctor and then when we finally got everything sorted with my insurance, she had my prescription filled within 15 minutes and sent a text for me to come pick it up. This was by far our best experience with a pharmacy. I can’t believe it took us so long to switch and we dealt with the frustrations of CVS for that long but we are definitely happy and will be going back as needed in the future oh and I almost forgot. I also stopped in one day just to look for cough drops and the pharmacist came out to help me look for the healthiest ones without colors without all the toxic chemicals in them it’s been about 15 minutes helping me with cough drops. I’ve never experienced that level of customer service, especially with a pharmacy before.
I would give this pharmacy more than 5!!! So personable, knowledgeable and friendly! So happy we stepped away from the big pharmacies and found them. Always a positive and amazing experience!
Always fast always friendly. I am so happy with thier service. It has a small town pharmacy feel. I use to shop at Elliotts so I know 😉 they are always in stock and go out of thier way to make sure you walk away a happy customer. Coming from cvs to realo is a big difference. No long lines or wait times. Very pleased with this pharmacy!

The best pharmacy around. Never a long wait and always full stocked on your prescription needs. The best customer service around. I will never go anywhere else.
