Harry has been out pharmacists since he was with Rute aid on Falls of the Neuse road. When he left so did we. The attention he pays to the customer is beyond belief. He remembers just about every person that walks in if they have been there before. The other staff is great as well and they are the same way. Prices are lower than any other place. As long as he is there we will stay.
Recently made the switch to Springfield Pharmacy and could not be happier with this decision! After continuous disappointment from a nearby chain pharmacy, I only wish I would have switched sooner. Harry and his team are a breath of fresh air. No more navigating a robotic phone tree, resulting in 20+ minute holds to speak with a pharmacist, because someone at Springfield answers the phone right away. (Refill info & updates are also available via text). Everyone here knows me by name and offers a personable experience. They have the customer’s best interest in mind, and even cost savings on medication seems to be priority. This pharmacy exceeds expectations and is far superior in service, speed and quality to any corporate competitor! Support your locally owned pharmacy!!! bonus: Harry gave me a vaccine and it didn’t hurt one bit! He informed me of expected side effects and disuaded me from getting a second (different) vaccine on the same day because it would likely make me feel lethargic with flu-like symptoms. I took his word for it because Harry is a genuine, trustworthy and knowledgeable guy.
Springfield is by far the best pharmacy! They genuinely care about their customers. They have the best prices and they are quick to fill prescriptions. I wish I would have known about this pharmacy earlier.
