My friends and I have used this Pharmacy for years. Ravi and his staff are extremely nice and if you walk in they fix you up right away, if they hadn't already received your digital prescription and filled it already which is usually the case. But I have walked in after a telehealth appointment and my prescription was grabbed off the printer and done right away. I will never use a National chain pharmacy again!!
I have been going to Swift Creek Pharmacy since they opened - about 9 years ago. I had to go to Walgreens and Harris Teeter Pharmacy for a few years bc Swift Creek did not take my prescription insurance at that time. I absolutely love having to go to the pharmacy when I was at Walgreens or Harris Teeter. Worst pharmacies on earth and their staff are so hateful, judgemental and not helpful in any kind of way whatsoever. I am now back with Swift Creek Pharmacy and absolutely so grateful for the staff there. Ravi is a skilled and compassionate pharmacist. He is on top of my prescriptions as well as my elderly parents. They go above and beyond to help their patients and are always immensely, helpful, informative, and always go the extra mile to help you get the lowest cost and make sure you get the prescriptions you need. This is the best pharmacy in Wake county North Carolina Carolina. I’m so very grateful for them for all they do to help us every day.
Pleasantly surprised! Saw Dr Liu right next door. Got script from her. Had filled at SCP. They are so expedient and the cost is very competitive! I will def be returning!!
I have a wonderful pharmacist. He knows me as soon as I walk in. It's nice to know your pharmacist and for them to know you. Unlike a big chain pharmacy. There's no long lines. I drive from Benson to Raleigh. I'm a forever Swift Creek Pharmacy customer.
Best pharmacy I have ever visited. Ravi has been my family's pharmacist for almost 25 years. He is attentive to details, proactive to maintaining not only inventory but also personal prescriptions for his clients and well versed in working with and around insurance as well as a client's financial situation. Nancy, another pharmacist working at Ravi's, is exceptional at administering vacations to clients. I had no clue a shot could be hardly felt at all. My daughter stopped crying when Nancy began to give her vaccines. I cannot say enough positive things about Ravi, his staff and his pharmacy.
