I feel bad giving a low review because I know they try and have good intentions but they are busy, have high turnover of support staff and I have taken 3 weeks to get prescriptions multiple times even when I call, talk to 3 different people and they all assure me it will be done then I never get texts its ready. We literally had to postpone our honeymoon because my estrogen was not ready despite 5 phone calls explaining I needed before trip and giving them a 17 day lead time. Three times I have either received the wrong dose or wrong base for my medication. Wendy the pharmacist is fabulous but whatever their system is leaves miscommunication consistently. To be fair I DO have an olive oil base which takes longer but that is why I give loooots of lead time and only once have I gotten it on time. Its scary. Last time I got only one of my meds (10 days late) and it was wrong then took me a week and 4 people to figure it out then was sent the wrong one AGAIN and not my progesterone at all which they said prescription expired but when I placed it was a week before the prescription expired and no one told me that was even an issue for 2 weeks while trying to get it. Almost unbelievable and makes me so nervous so my doc and I are finding a more reliable one as I have had to be without meds on 4 separate occasions now which is just not ok. Usually I am compassionate and patient but this is not one or two small mistakes.

This is for my service I received today! I have been coming here since Oct 2024. The front desk receptionist is very abrupt and rude every time I come here to pick up my prescriptions. She is not friendly. My text message thread was not anything that transpired. I have been a pharmacy for 30 years and to be told be do things differently here is unacceptable. I got here to pick up mi be and my husbands prescriptions. I am not paying $520 for medication I'm not picking up!

The only place willing to consider my son’s case and get the medicine we needed—he has very serious seizures so getting his medicines correct without the added junk is essential. We had to call around to quits a few places. Also we can’t risk road trips right now so that added bonus of overnight shipping is a plus. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! 🙏

I am the Practice Manager of a veterinary hospital in Apex and I am SO THANKFUL for Triangle Pharmacy for potentially saving the life of one of our client's pets by filling a life-saving heart drug at the very end of the day right before the 4th holiday. Without this the pup would have had to be off its meds for 5 days. They were kind and efficient about and and I could not be more appreciative!!
