I can't say enough good things about Wayne Pharmacy. Everyone has always been helpful and courteous. Prices are very reasonable. They are a pillar to our community here. And they deliver to the folks that can't make the trip. Amazing people.
Before last week I would have gave this place 5 stars!!!! But to completely pull the rug out from under there loyal customers trusting them with there prescriptions only to find out when I tried to call for my medicine and it kept sending to walgreens was I aware they had closed!!! Then walgreens not having there crap together so 2 days without my medicine and having to get it sent to cvs because this walgreens is terrible!!! I understand places shutting down but the least they could have done is gave there customers some kind of notice other than a forwarded call and a sign on the door!!!
I have the flu and unable to drive. The pharmacist told me that my meds were ready around noon. However he did not tell me that they were closing early so when I had someone to go get my prescription after they got off work, the doors were locked an hour before their normal closing time. I’m 1 and done with this place.
12/21/2022 I have never thought to rate this pharmacy at a 3. But it's because of customer service when picking up medicines. I've never had an issue until today the slender white female employee with blond curls was rude to me. She spoke to me rude, grabbed my card told me I was doing it wrong and she was in a hurry. I'm young, I've worked in retail many years I'm very well knowledgeable about the electronics we have these days. I know I was inserting correctly but I wasn't fast enough for her liking. She wanted me out the way. She claim she was running 2 registers but the older lady she called next she was nice and kind to and took her time with her as well the lady afterwards. I didn't say anything because unlike her I don't act out of character in public nor my work place. I've been going there for years but since the passing of Mr Wiggins it hasn't been the same. I want stop going there at the moment but I will not allow that employee to speak to me nor run me up at the register ever again.
