We have been patrons of We Care for a couple of years now, and will continue to do so. Great customer service is the standard of care here. A recent example of such was when I really needed a particular medication, which this pharmacy did not have at the moment (rare by the way). The female pharmacist took time out of her busy schedule to personally call at least 4 other local pharmacies to see if they had my medicine in stock. Finally, on the 4th try, she was able to locate my medicine and temporarily transferred my prescription there. I don't think any of the 'big box' pharmacies would have done this.
We Care pharmacy is just the best! If I could give them a 100, I would. There is no other pharmacy like the one in Apex NC. They truly become your family! As you enter they address you by your name, they know who you are. They are fast, prompt and all the workers are just so knowledgeable and sweet. The name We Care is truly who they are!! They Care above and beyond! Incredible people, incredible service!! I be sure to spread the word amongst who I know to join their pharmacy!! Thank you We Care for being there for our entire family, including our pets!! You are truly the best pharmacy!!
I cannot recommend We Care Pharmacy highly enough! I had used Walgreen’s for decades and Rite Aid before that and they were alright but I had known Amrish from his Rite Aid days and decided to switch all my medications to We Care Pharmacy a few months ago. I am so glad I did! I’ll never go back. Amrish and his team and friendly and do a great job and they go above and beyond to save me money where I can — in addition to making sure my prescriptions are filled on time and fast. Love this pharmacy!!! All employees including the pharmacist are super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is top notch. They are very quick. We are in and out a few minutes. We are coming back!
