I was having difficulty obtaining my prescription from my pharmacy and any other well-known pharmacy locally and within 50 miles out. My daughter uses Wellness Pharmacy and never has any problems with her prescriptions. I thought I would call to see if Wellness could help me. Well, they could. It was late on a Friday evening when I called. A wonder, kind, young lady named Stephanie F. answered the phone the first time I called. She genuinely listened to my concerns. She took all my information. Not able to reach the old pharmacy that night, she called me back to let me know she had been on hold on the phone with them and was hung up on. She told me she would try calling them back in the morning (Saturday morning) to get my prescription transferred to Wellness, and that is exactly what she did. That Saturday morning, within the hour, she had my prescription transferred and ready for me to pick up. This is the type of service that is very rare now-a-days. Thank you, Stephanie F., you are truly one of a kind.
It just took them 7 days to let me know my blood pressure medication would arrive tomorrow after putting my order in a WEEK ago on 7/3! I thought I was going to die.. I had to go to a family member's house an hour away to get some blood pressure medication (not even the one I take so I had to do some homework to make sure I properly dosed myself) to survive.. Never again!!! MEDLEY WAS SO MUCH BETTER! Who needs an shat pharmacy or pharmacist when you have friends and family that have good doctors who also have reliable pharmacies / pharmacists? 🤣 Jeez, I might as well go buy blood pressure pills off the street like they're narcotics! Might be easier! Lmfao!
