I was having difficulty obtaining my prescription from my pharmacy and any other well-known pharmacy locally and within 50 miles out. My daughter uses Wellness Pharmacy and never has any problems with her prescriptions. I thought I would call to see if Wellness could help me. Well, they could. It was late on a Friday evening when I called. A wonder, kind, young lady named Stephanie F. answered the phone the first time I called. She genuinely listened to my concerns. She took all my information. Not able to reach the old pharmacy that night, she called me back to let me know she had been on hold on the phone with them and was hung up on. She told me she would try calling them back in the morning (Saturday morning) to get my prescription transferred to Wellness, and that is exactly what she did. That Saturday morning, within the hour, she had my prescription transferred and ready for me to pick up. This is the type of service that is very rare now-a-days. Thank you, Stephanie F., you are truly one of a kind.
This is a special pharmacy for formulary prescriptions. These pharmacies are unusual and are hard to find. The prescriptions are prepared by a very professional staff
My doctor's office called in a prescription on a Friday for a procedure I was to have the following Monday. When I called Wellness to confirm my address and pay for the RX, Christina was very helpful, and she advised that the RX would arrive in one to two business days! Yikes! I advised her that wouldn't work due to my prep beginning on Sunday. After some brainstorming and with no viable solutions, Christina offered to meet me and deliver my RX! Wow! I can't say enough how appreciative I am. My local pharmacy did not have the medication in stock, so Wellness and Christina saved me having to reschedule my procedure. My Doctor's office dropped the ball in this process, but Wellness Pharmacy and Compounding Center made it work. Thanks again!
We needed a specific prescription filled for our newborn. This pharmacy recognized the medication and the criticality of its delivery. Because they were unable to fill it super quickly they were able to find another pharmacy in the area to fill it within a day to get the drug to us in an expedited manner. They handled ALL of the logistics. excellent service by the staff going above and beyond!
