Professional, friendly and helpful service. I highly recommend as all the employees are outstanding. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and take time to answer any questions. They have lots of products most pharmacies have and a few harder to find items. I enjoy picking up my prescriptions. Thank you all!!
I am SO grateful for this team!! I called them this morning after my pharmacy refused to fulfill my refill.. of a medication I've been on for months, saying they needed to speak with my doctor to verify his NPI. I need this medication to breathe, I have one pill left and it's a Saturday. My previous pharmacy basically just said "sorry, but I'm not comfortable filling this." (And this isn't my first issue with them, it was the final straw after several other issues.) I called White Oak a few minutes later and explained my situation. They told me to come right on over, and filled my script in less than 10 minutes. Even moreso, they immediately recognized my doctor based on the subscription pad and are very familiar with his prescriptions. No need to call and verify an NPI or anything. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I feel very confident that I'm going to be taken great care of moving forward. I look forward to having all of my future prescription needs met here!! This is the best pharmacy I have ever had. The care and service I get is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone looking to leave the big pharmacies.
ALWAYS accurate fast service. I really appreciate the personal touches such as keeping my card on file, delivery and fast service. The pharmacist took time to talk to mom by phone when she was confused and being a bit hard headed about taking her meds. He gently explained why you wouldn't want to go cold turkey on some. It made all the difference, no more arguments! If I need one of my meds filled but don't remember which one cause I left the house already, they'll gladly look it up then ask about others it looks like need filling soon! I really can't say enough about the peace of mind I have knowing they are my pharmacist! Mona Garrett
